Insurance

While possessions seem irreplaceable, we still need to be able to put a monetary value on them for insurance purposes.

When you own antiques, memorabilia, or other collectables, it makes sense to take advantage of a professional valuation service to get an accurate value that is useable for insurance purposes.

Sanderson Aldridge is ready to undertake an expert, and detailed, assessment of your full home contents, individual antiques, or collectables.

It's good to know that, if disaster strikes, your insurance really will be able to provide you with comprehensive compensation for your losses.

How it Works

Our insurance valuation team will provide you with a bespoke valuation service, tailored to suit your individual circumstances.  After we have valued your items, we will provide you with two bound copies of each valuation, together with photographs of the items in question.

We recommend you update your item inventory every three to five years. The review process means we can ensure that your records are adjusted to reflect the realisable value of your items in often volatile market conditions.

As members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors our valuation documents are fully recognised by UK and international insurers, and our fees will be always agreed in advance.
